Family things to do

After marrying, moving to Japan and starting a family. I'm finally going back home. It's been about 4 years since I've been back and another 4 or 5 before that.
I've got two little ones (4 and 7) tagging along with us and I'm trying to find some non touristy things we can do.
Plans we got so far: Sherwoods Jackson chameleon hunting Probably going my uncle's farm in waiahole Kilauea Punalu'u Crab hunting
What do you like to do with your family?
Also, do you know good food places on Oahu?
