Guys I discovered some corpses. I need advice.

I recently decided to get my own place. The old house on Muller St. was available for an incredible bargain so I bought it on an impulse.

Two days in, I discovered an old cabinet in the basement which seemed to lead to some sort of a storage facility. After some exploring, I found myself in a state of the art torture dungeon with around 10-15 decaying corpses being laid out in an artistic arrangement.

Can anyone tell me who the previous tenants were? What do you think is the next best step for me? I need advice. I'm freaking out!
