Big win for Titans as always as rookie Tyree Jackson has really stepped it up trying to be in the race for rookie of the year. After having only 89 yards last game he really worked on his passing game in practice this week. He had 233 yards and 3 TD’s on the game. In the rushing game Dion Lewis the receiving back had 4 carries but for 120 yards and 1 TD. He had a long 65 yard run that ended up in a score. Derrick Henry got the bulk of the carries with 12 for 91 yards and 1 TD. Tyree ran the ball twice for 14 but the bigger problem going into next week are the fumbles. On two passing plays Tyree fumbled the ball, one in the redzone with real chance to score points and one that was scooped up for a TD. The backup David Fluellen got a couple carries again trying to establish three backs on this team. This week Jarvis Landry got involved big time. 2 catches 70 yards and a TD. The score came just before half with about 20 second left. Delanie Walker also has a good day with 2 catches 68 yards and 1 TD. His TD came on a play that Tyree read perfectly. Delanie Walker was lined up in the slot on the right side with nobody covering him. Originally it was a run but again Tyree read the defense and switched the play up. James Washington has 3 catches 65 yards and 1 TD. The chemistry continues between these teammate involved in trades that were monumental for this Titans offense. On the defense rookie Jeffery Simmons Jr. got his first sack of his career. The following play was another sack by Simmons and he’s really making his mark in the pass rush and run defense. But here comes the real story of the day. Josh Allen was picked off 6 times!!!! 2 picks for Logan Ryan, 2 picks for Kevin Byard, 1 pick for Kenny Vaccaro, and 1 pick for Adoree’ Jackson. Big day for the defense to stall out the Bills offense so many times. Jayon Brown has the most tackles with 8 and he had 2 TFL’s and 1 sack. As for the kicking game Ryan Fuckup had a great field goal of 54 yards to redeem himself from his past games. Next weeks the Titans face a menacing Drew Lock who didn’t do great against the chargers racking up 187 yards 2 TD’s but threw 4 picks. Looks like it might be another great outing for the Defensive Backs next week.
