So I’m rewatching Hill House for funsies and one thing that is tripping me up is Luke’s glasses in the flashback.
Those are real glasses, the magnification is evident. And maybe it’s just that the young actor needed them and so they went with it, but why not give Luke glasses as an adult?
With what looks like such a high prescription in childhood, one’s need for glasses wouldn’t just go away.
Sure he could be wearing contacts or even gotten lasik. Many different reasons to not wear glasses as an adult.
It just caught my attention on the rewatch it all, especially since I wear glasses myself.
