So, there are a set of videos that depict the inside of an apartment in the Netherlands, I think. The woman films her kitchen where the lights turn on and off and you can hear drawers being yanked open. This happens several times in her videos and at one point she walks away from the kitchen and the lights turn on and a shadow figure stares at her. It was featured in a Nukes top 5 first and he had to find a way to contact the woman before he posted more of her stuff that progressively got more aggressive. The apartment and kitchen seem very small and the bedroom is separated by what seems to be sliding doors.
