Ran the Beach at Sunrise!

This was a great experience and I invite you to join me! The beach was wide open and weather was great. It's about 2.5 miles to go down to the jetties and back. Afterwards I stripped down and cooled off in the ocean (well, the shore, the waves were intense).
If anyone wants to join me next week around 6:15 on Monday or Tuesday please do!
