Could I Re-create Projection Sorcery from JJK as a Manipulator?

I’m brainstorming some ideas of how I could recreate Naobito and Naoya’s Cursed Techniques and I need a bit of help as to how. I’ve taken multiple test that say I would be a Manipulator. Is it possible to use Emission and Transmutation to create a “Animation Frame/Projection Frame” that with conditions and restrictions I would be able to allow my OC to teleport? Can I get anyone’s input on this?
