This hatsu would be a pure invocation of enhancement.

The user essentially performs gyo on their eyes while simultaneously performing zetsu on the rest of their body. This enhances the users perceptions, allowing them to absorb any and all information around them: such as instantly understanding the exact measurements of objects and people the user looks at, being able to know the exact momentum of moving objects in the vicinity, and even noticing the precise temperature of nearby objects. A side effect of this information absorption is that the user will experience time as slower. The range of this ability is limited to the same range the user is normally to perceive their surroundings

Due to this complete understanding of their surroundings, the user is able to predict the future position of objects. So the user will be able to predict exactly where an attack will strike, or even predict how fast or hot something will be in the near future. These predictions can only predict around 5 seconds into the future.

Limitations and conditions

• The range is limited to the normal sensory range
• Can only predict a maximum of 5 seconds into the future
• Can only be invoked for 10-second intervals before a 20 second recharge period
• Having to perform zetsu everywhere on the body leaves the user defenceless to nen attacks.
