Illusa is a hunter and politician. She has spent a year after taking the hunter exam studying nen, crafting very specific nen abilities to achieve her goals of political domination over the world.

Appearance

Illusa is a young person of ambiguous gender. She would be considered tall for a woman, but short for a man. She usually either wears a strange one-piece jumpsuit if she is in private or a suit in public. She has oddly bushy eyebrows, wears her hair in a plat, and has loose cuffs all over her body. She has rather large and youthful eyes. Illusa has a halo which floats over her head. The halo is made purely of aura- so it is invisible to non-nen users.

Personality

Illusa comes off as a very warm and inviting person. She often hugs people, and in general has a somewhat emotional demeanor. However, underneath this, she is a cold and calculating sociopath. She is incapable of feeling emotion or empathy for others. Her parents noticed this when she was a child and she was trained by several tutors to put up a kind and empathetic front so that she may live a normal life- and prevent her from becoming a sociopath. Because of this training, Illusa is able to fake any and all emotions- which has made her able to charm people quite easily.

She is deeply ambitious, and everything she does will usually have an alterior motiv to further benefit her in some way.

Abilities

Illusa is physically quite weak, having very weak bones. Because of this, she usually avoids physical confrontations.

Nen: Illusa possesses a fairly large amount of aura for her size, but not so much that it would be considered outside of the ordinary. Her ten is very focused on her hands and feet while quite soft around the rest of her. She struggles with zetsu, but is able to perform it to a servicable level. She is skilled in ren, and is able to produce bloodlust. Her ren has been described as heavy and sticky, as though the target is moving through honey.

She has a unique method of using En, forming long tendrils of en instead of a simple circle. This allows her to stretch her en to greater distances (about 400 metres).

She uses In often, usually to disguise her hatsu and halo.

Her use of hatsu took a year to use at a functional level. Despite being a natural manipulator, Illusi relies primarily on Emmission and conjuration in her nen abilities. Emmission was friendly enough for her to learn with enough training, but conjuration required the use of her halo to use effectively.

Her Halo is used as a restriction to increase her proficiency in conjuration- in that she can conjure objects from the halo. Normally, she would have a 60% proficiency in conjuration, but the halo allows her to increase that to around 75%.

Incentive (Manipulation Conjuration): Illusa conjures small star candies from her halo. These candies are imbued with a piece of her aura which gives a boost to people who eat them (making them more alert, focused, etc.). Using solicitation manipulation, Illusi makes these star candies highly addictive. If a person eats enough of these star candies over time, they will become fully dependent on the candies, which Illusi uses to 'train' the person: such as 'get me some coffee and I'll give you a star candie'. The more addicted the target is the. better this will work. These star candies take a lot of aura to create, so Illusa can only conjure about 10 of them each day- at which point she will be forced into a state of zetzu until she sleeps again.

Star Contract (Conjuration, Emmission): If a person has become fully addicted to 'Incentive', a very small halo will appear over their head hidden by In. When this has happened, Illusi can make a 'contract' with the target. This allows Illusi to take 'things' from the target in exchange for star candies. She often does this to transfer her wounds to addicted people. She can also use this to borrow a persons aura. She can use this aura as her own temporarily, allowing her to access their nen-affinity and even (with a lot of training with that person's aura) use their hatsu. To invoke star contract, Illusi needs to have the targets permission.

Phantom Words (Emmission): Illusi's primary combative hatsu, Illusi emmits her aura through her voice to make onomatopia like 'bang' or 'vroom' sound like the sound they are imitating. So saying 'Bang' would sound like gunfire, and 'vroom' would sound like a car passing by. Illusi can make these sounds seem as though they are coming from another location than her mouth. These sounds are convincing enough to cause small illusions in people who hear them. She usually takes advantage of this phenomenon by saying 'bang' which can convince people who hear it that they have been shot. This is enough to make weaker people pass out from shock, but it will only stun people with stronger wills.
