This ability makes use of conjuration (primarily) and enhancement (the enhance the effects of the candies)

On the surface...

The user conjures small star candies, from a halo which floats above their head, which they can then give to other people to eat. The stars taste different to each person who eats them, but the feeling they elicit is the same: that is a feeling of brief but pure satisfaction and bliss. The taste is usually mysterious to the eater, but somehow exactly what they wanted. The stars have the additional effect of 'lending' a small part of the users aura to the eater. The user cannot eat these stars.

Going deeper

As the name of the hatsu implies, the user can give these star candies as 'rewards' and 'incentives' to other people. The longer a person has been eating these star candies the more dependent on them they will be (like a drug). The more dependent a person gets on these candies, the more they will be willing to do to get them. So, the user is able to use the star candies to train people like dogs- having them associate 'doing what I say' with 'I get a star candy'. This takes a long time to engrain into a target, but once they are trained it is almost impossible to break free. Essentially, the target becomes the users pet, following their every command and desperately eager to please the user. Notably, this is not considered an invocation of manipulation.

Sub ability: Star Contract

Once a person has been fully trained and is fully dependent on the user, the user will have be able to access the aura of their 'pets' but the user must ask for permission from the pet first. This allows the user to gain access to their pets' hatsu- but in a conjured form. which is conjured from the user's halo. Like if the user had somehow made killua a pet they would be able to conjure a tazor with killua's transmuted electricity in exchange for a star candy. If the user does not have enough star candies they will not be able to use this.

Conditions and limitations

• The star candies use a lot of nen- so the user can only make ten of them a day- after which the user will go into a state of zetsu.
• Star Contract can only be used if a person has already become completely dependent on the star candies.
• The user cannot force anyone to eat the star candies- so if the person is not yet dependent on the candies they may well turn down the offer.
• It takes a long time to 'train' a person- they need to have consumed around 50 star candies depending on their strength of will (but everyone will eventually be trained if they keep eating the star candies)
• A person can become 'cured' if they don't eat the star candies for a decent period of time. It would take a similar amount of time as it would to detox from heroin.
