I’m trying to create a Manipulator-based ability similar to and a mixture of “Auswählen” from Bleach and “Contagion” from the Succession War with different conditions that fit my own personality? Without the “murder game” conditions and rules from Morena ability. I want to create a ability where the user could bestow nen abilities like Morena but also confiscate said abilities like Yhwach could do from bleach.

I have a fairly chill exterior, but my interior is more intense and philosophical, as I am constantly examining the mystery behind Life & Death. Essentially I am introverted deep thinker, with a passionate and determined interior. I care a lot for expressing my own creativity through mediums like Art, Writing, and Music. I also have been told I have the “Gift of Gab” before on a few occasions.

Can anyone help coming up with “conditions” and “limitations” that a manipulator could use to create such a ability? Get creative a little please.
