Manipulating other user’s nen beast?

Without Specialization, would it be possible for a Manipulator to create a Hatsu with specific conditions, allowing them to take control of a Conjured Nen beast?
So, say if a Target (Conjurer) has a ability that allows them to create conjured beast. With certain conditions such as persuading the target to give up control etc, would it be possible to manipulate them and keep said nen beast for the User (Manipulator)?
