Heat intolerance?

Does anyone else have extreme heat intolerance? I thought it was more related to Graves or hyperthyroidism but it seems to get worse for me every year.
It's at the point now I can hardly be out in 20 degrees Celsius (68 F)
Does anyone have any solutions?I feel like I can't live my life normally anymore.
Note: I am not currently hyper
