I have both Hashimoto's and ADHD. For the ADHD I take stimulant meds. I also take 1mg of LDN every day along with 200mg of selenium. This has helped knock my TPO antibodies to a normal range over the last 3 years or so. I am not currently on any synthetic thyroid meds. I also do immunotherapy shots for allergies.
Lately I have been experiencing an increase in daytime fatigue and brain fog that are getting thru my ADHD meds. I have even been needing to have a cup of coffee or something caffeinated to get the same level of alertness I was having a few months ago. As far as I know, I am getting adequate sleep, and my life has not been stressful. The only change is a daily regime of Valtrex for cold sore prevention. I did just have my labs pulled, and everything was not only in range, but optimal, as far as I am aware. I'll post results below and let you people of reddit have a look-see. I also had a metabolic panel pulled, which was all normal. And also, a routine STD panel pulled, as I am sexually active.
The only thing I could think of, if it's not my thyroid messing with me, is that I showed positive for mycoplasma and ureaplasma in both blood and urine samples. Although, Dr. Google, does not seem to show fatigue as a common symptom for this.
Here are my most current thyroid lab results pulled on 8/4/21:
Free T3= 3.5 (Ref: 2.0-4.4 pg/mL) (Down .81 from last pull in Aug of 2020)
Free T4= 1.53 (Ref: .82-1.77 ng/dL) (exact same as last pull)
TSH= 2.63 (Ref: .45-4.500 UIU/mL) ( Up .43 )
TPO-A= 27 (Ref: 0-34 IU/mL) ( Down 17.9 )
Is there anything about my labs that could still be contributing? Or could it be other lifestyle factors I might look into and ask my doctor about?
Edit:
To add previous labs, if helpful.
