Been having a flare up for months now and need advice

Post Body

I had been lying to myself about the severity of this flare up, but yesterday I had to realize how bad the situation really is, as I have gotten to a point of sleeping all day because everything hurts and not being able to move because of the exhaustion

I think this all started due to an incredibly stressful situation in January (had to leave my apartment spontaneously due to a dangerous room mate, find a new place and move my stuff - all in one week) and it has only gone downhill from there. Due to getting a new diagnosis (ADHD) I have lost focus from my thyroid and to be honest really neglected that part of my health

What can I do to end this flare up? I went to get my blood tested today and resigned from a job I really loved, because it just takes too much out of me right now. What else can I do?
