Right lymph node in neck swollen and swollen right tonsil?

For about a week my right lymph node has been tender and swollen, some pain when moving my neck. Yesterday the back of my throat started hurting... but only on the right side. There’s white spots on my right tonsil and it is red and swollen.
Is this related to Hashimotos? I tested for Covid yesterday and it was negative. I do also have HSV1 so maybe it’s related to that?
