A client of mine went to Italy for 2 weeks with her family. She lives in the states and her family lives in India. She said the food was amazing and healing. They all have some form of gut issue and didn't experience any issues while there. When there returned to their home country they all experienced stomach issues everytime they ate. 2 weeks later it's not as bad. (Please note they are mostly vegetarian)
I've heard this before about Italy. Has anyone experienced this? I would like to visit next year and it'd be nice not having to stress about food.
