Hello,
I'm not exactly sure what all hashimotos causes or if it does when your levels are normal but I've had symptoms and wondering if it could be the hashis.
I've had dizziness and presyncope, weakness, hand tremors. Dizziness has been going for years I also have graves disease and the dizziness has gone on for years. I also get migraines more frequently before and I've been extremely heat intolerant.
Graves disease went into remission over 10 years ago.
