So I don't understand how can myANTI-TPO (THYROPEROXIDASE) be so high more then 1000 over what it's supposed to be but I my t4 and t3 levels are all normal. I've also had graves disease is it possible to have both? Is my thyroid just a mess lol.

I also have 3 nodules and symptoms included my doctor is recommending surgery do people with hashimotos often get their thyroids removed? Are those levels usually that high?
