Heart rate while sleeping

I have been noticing my heart rate vary between 47 some days to 52 on other days while sleeping. Is that normal?
I was diagnosed 3 months ago after I had put on 30 lbs in 8 months and my sleeping heart rate increased.
So far I’ve lost about 15 lbs in 3 months. Heart rate hitting 40s
Have you guys noticed anything?
