I've been seeing my endocrinologist for a year now and have gotten no benefit from him. He asks me how I'm doing, I barely know what to tell him how I'm doing when I go because all he says is he can't do anything to treat my hashimotos just monitor it which is really all he does. I see him every 3 months and nothing comes out of the sessions. He only tests my tsh and orders a renal function panel which idk what that even monitors. What questions am I supposed to ask, what symptoms should I look out for, how do I use my time? I'm lost.
