Not only do I have Hashimotos but PCOS as well. Haven’t used heat on my hair in over a year, haven’t dyed my hair in over a year, AND haven’t bleached my hair in 3 years. No products in my hair, it’s just dead and sticks straight up instead of cascading down beautifully like it used to 🥲
