25M, for years now I've had worsening symptoms consistent with hyper and hypothyroidism. Fatigued no matter how much I sleep, headaches, neck (not sure if thyroid or lymph node) pain and throbbing, bit of pressure behind the eyes, brain fog and now awful insomnia. For some reason I just let things be for years but I can't ignore this anymore. I had my TSH and FT4, TPO, TGAb, vitamin B12 and ferritin all tested... and while I don't have the values for everything I've been told they're all normal. At a complete loss, I haven't felt even decent in weeks now and can barely get through a day without having to nap to try and offset the symptoms. My GP is clueless so I'm not sure where to go from here.
