Glitched Ancient Magic Hotspots

There is a hotspot in Hogwarts Valley that you can activate and it will only spawn 2/3 ancient magic orbs. This means you can never get 100% collectables and you will never get fully powered in ancient magic. This is the only one I have encountered so far and it is permanent on your save. As a perfectionist and a collector I am literally punching myself in the face and I can't even play anymore.
