Changing Console Time Zone!?

Hi, Iām in Australia and Auckland, New Zealand comes up as a time zone I can select to change my console to Auckland time zone (Xbox Series X)
Curious if because Iām able to do this.. I could in theory access the digital pre-order earlier.
Auckland are 4 hours ahead of Brisbane where Iām from so in theory could be playing 4 hours earlier?
