I finally saved up for a flight to see Dan and Harmontown at the Magic City Comic Con in a couple of weeks. Does anyone know much about the conference / what to expect?

Like the title said, I finally was able to get a flight to see Dan and Harmontown in person! Being on the East Coast, opportunities to see Harmontown are somewhat rare to find.
I've only seen a little bit about the conference. Does any one else know much about it or what to expect? How early should I get in line to make sure I get a seat at the podcast, etc?
I've been looking forward to this for such a long time. If anyone has any tips or info that may be beneficial, I'm greatly appreciative.
