Looking for a Channel 101 Episode feat Dan

I can't remember which Harmontown this was, but I'm pretty sure that Dan referenced a pilot/series from Channel 101 in which he was wearing a converse shoe in his head. I can't find it and it's driving me nuts.

I might be mixing this up with something else, but I think Roiland was in it too. At some point Roiland grabs a Pikachu toy and says "This is gold to me." Also I think it may have started or ended with Roiland as a newscaster wearing a mask and saying, "Everyone looks like me in the world!"

I know it's random and only slightly harmontown related but my obsessive mind won't let it go.
