I'm embarrassed to say that probably eight times out of 10 when I'm at a stoplight I end up repeatedly shifting between first and second and completely missing neutral. Or I just stand at the stoplight with it in first gear with the clutch in because I can't fucking find neutral. It was never easy, but thought I'd finally got the hang of it but then I put an aftermarket "reduced pull" clutch lever in from elite motor tech and it seems like it's gotten worse. For what it's worth since I put the aftermarket clutch in I noticed it is really sensitive. By that I mean if I let out the clutch just a tiny bit the bike is ready to move forward. It doesn't seem like it has as much slack or forgiveness as it did before although the clutch does what they said it would and it does have a lot less force required to pull it. I managed to install the clutch myself but I have no idea how to adjust it. Is there some way of shifting that makes it easier to get it in neutral or do I need to adjust the clutch cable in some fashion? And if so how do I do it? I FEEL LIKE AN IDIOT MOST EVERY TIME I'M AT A STOPLIGHT. HELP!
