Tour pak upgrade

So I've been debating between the new Ultra Limited and the new Road Glide Special. The reason is I really like all the storage and comfort of the Ultra but like the sleeker look of the RGS. My question to you guys is, how much would it cost to just upgrade from the RGS to the Ultra? I'm talking the tour pak with audio and engine guard fairings. The price between them is about $4k stock.
