So I rode yesterday from Robbinsville NC to Boone NC in the rain. about an hour out of Boone, my downshifts started sticking. I could shift up but I damn near had to stomp the shit out of the shift lever to get it to shift down. If I pulled over and let the bike "rest", I could shift into first but after a few minutes it'd start sticking again. I'm not sure if its related to the rain or if I put too much stress on the transmission engine braking down the steep mountain roads but I have no idea what's going on. Could anyone help shed some light on what's happening?
