What should I ask for?

My buddy is ready to purchase a new Pan America from the local dealer. What should he be able to get "thrown in" on his deal? I've already told him to ask for the first service and the wheel & tire warranty to be included, what else should he ask for? What has everyone else paid for a new PA? THANKS.
