New 2023 Low Rider ST owner. Looking for feedback on the Saddlemen Step-up seat.

I just traded in my Indian Scout for a 2023 Low Rider ST. First time posting here.
I'm considering swapping out the stock seat for a Saddlemen Step-up, but I'm a little concerned about the amount of additional rise I'm going to get from the Saddlemen seat. I'm just a little taller than 5'8" and I don't want to lose the ability to comfortably flat foot the bike at a stop. Does anybody of similar height have any experience with this seat?
