Looking to buy my first hardtail. Need some opinions.

I'm about to pull the trigger on my first mountain bike. Gonna be a hardtail. Narrowed it down between two bikes. The 2023 Marin San Quentin 1 or the Polygon Extrada 7. What would y'all recommend? I just wanna make sure I pick something that's gonna be solid and reliable.
