does anyone recognize these tapes?

my dad gifted me his old collection. not pictured is 25 ish more i found on discogs, and around 400 cds. these tapes in particular weren't listed. anyone have any clue? early 90s to early 00s, he was based in connecticut!
ps i am willing to sell especially to those who are willing to preserve/digitize these as im curious if some are the only existing copies left
