I been doing bens routine for about a month and at first i got tighter but around 3rd week im so much better they workouts in day 2 are epic especially the lunges with knee over toe than isometric lunge hold than right after i do the deep hip flexor stretch i felt something opening in the perineum area was an amazing feeling im peeing better empting bladder without involuntary kegels. Getting erections randomly. Getting erections just from her textin me again 😃. 2 other benefits i used to have anterior pelvic tilt i dont anymore. I hated it made me look like i had a huge belly even tho i have abs lol.Also i can breath deeper which has helped tremendously with anxiety
