Hey guys i think that we got all some some things in out live that can be indications why we get HF mayby thats are some factors why we get it:
I seee on many threads(and myself too) some things that everybody do in there live before HF:
-Do much sports exspecially wheight lifting (fitness/bodybuilding) -kegel while masturbation before HF
For my self i kegelt every time i musturbate before HF that can be a reason why i have weak IC and a tight BC and when i jelq thats why my IC get injured so quicklyy??
Also i liftet wheights and do bodybuiliding but never train my ass stomach or glutes and no lower back…
I think thats why i get anterior pelvic tilt and thats = tight pelvic floor and this together with masturbation kegels get me my IC injury mayby and thats why i think i have HF
I think beacause the anterior pelvic tilt and the weak muscles souround my pelvic mayby the injury doesnt heal pr it heal but it cant relax again….
Whats youre opinion about my theory?
