Advice for oak options w/ Jacobean stain

I have decided on Jacobean being my preferred color but still considering different wood options. It’s either White Oak #2, Red Oak #1 or Northern Red Oak.
I understand the difference in hardness between the species. However, I don’t know what to expect aesthetically with each option. Would love to hear feedback as to what I could expect this stain to look like with each.
