How do I go about repairing or replacing the damage done by my dog?

I own a condo & have a loveable yet infuriating puppy. She has ripped up parts of my floor & damaged the walls over the past 6 months. How do I go about replacing or fixing the floors? I have no idea what I'm doing or any experience. I do plan to wait till the dog is older, probably 1 1/2 - 2 years old before replacing or repairing the floors.
