So I started going to the gym at the beginning of the month and have pretty much stuck to my routine. I started at 6'2" and 290 pounds and have managed to drop 6 pounds since I started. On Friday, I decided to go in for a massage and HE at my usual place, and the Mamisan knows me pretty well, so she saw me when I first came in. After the massage, she does my HE and as I'm getting dressed she asked if I lost some weight. I say yes, and tell her that I've been going to the gym. She smiles and says "You look much better". It's honestly such a small complement but it feels nice that the effort I'm putting in to being healthy and losing weight is getting noticed.
