30 or 60 minute difference

Been going to Amps now for a quite a while however recent years very sporadic. Was just reading over the FAQs and read that if you go for 60 (generally) you are there for a massage and HE but 30 minutes they assume something different? Can anyone give their experience? I have always done the 60 but curious if you get more bang for your buck on 30.... pun intended. Thanks
