Does Spa Having Website Mean No HE?

There is a place that I want to go in my city that shows all the signs of being a HE establishment. It ticks a.lot of the boxes. √Tinted Windows ✓RM page with 100 reviews ✓Open till 11pm ✓Photo on Google that shows them having ATM in lobby
But there are also some red flags. They have a website that mentions they are under new ownership, though every pic on it is stock. And the most recent review is from May. Should I try or just go to another place instead?
