Where do you bust?

I’ve been going to MPS since I was 19 so quite a few years now. And I’m generally curious where to bust when getting FS. I’ve heard of people busting inside the girls I’ve heard of them pulling out. I’ve always pulled out except for once and the girl sorta freaked out on me when I busted in her (with a condom). So what’s usual Protocol if there is one.
