What’s the table shower like?

I went to one of my usual spots and after we finished she said next time to text her I’m coming and to pay for an hour (I usually get hh) and she said she’d give me a table shower. Is she just trying to upsell me to buy the hour or is there something else she’s gonna do? What’s your experience with table showers?
