I'm watching again for the 17 quadrillionth time and I had a strange thought. The relationship Hannibal and Will have seems, to me, very distinctly similar to that of Sith Lords.

I feel their interactions are laced with the same fascination and contempt that I presume Palpatine and Plagueis must have had for each other. I'm sure all Sith have similar experience but Palpatine and Plagueis are so defined by their cunning I thought it an apt comparison.

I'm curious if you guys have had similar considerations or if I'm just pulling at straws
