Setting alarm at night?

I was told all stores have to set the alarm at night now. Which means every time someone comes throughout the night, like vendors, deliveries, maintenance people, floor cleaners etc. the alarm has to be disarmed and then rearmed. It’s very annoying. Anyone else dealing with this?
