First, some practical information. The fun part comes after ;-) Warning: if your messages show in any way that you have not read (or do not care about) the points below, I may simply ignore you.

1. I use Skype. Skype might be outdated for some, but I used it when studying abroad and it works fine for me. Do not ask me to use other platforms.
2. I verify with a picture (I can write a note for example), when I see the guy on cam on Skype. Don't ask me to send a picture here on Reddit; I don't want to send my picture to 100 guys here on Reddit.
3. I want to cam myself when I'm doing a longer term thing with a guy, or before meeting up in real life (if it gets to that). Don't ask me to cam on a first session.
4. I prefer to watch you normal/non-nude at the start. So not naked right away. I'm looking to build up some tension. For example, the cam in front of you (so you don't have to hold it). I respect your privacy, so no full face required (just no eyes is okay for example) if you don't want that.
5. If you don't want to go on cam for me, I respect that, but then you're kind of missing the point of this post and it will likely not be a match.
6. I can mic occasionally, but quietly usually (have housemates and little privacy)
7. Don't send me d*ckpics. Also generally not interested in reading your measurements.
8. Mention some basic info (such as age) when messaging.
9. If you have/want to ask me what I think is hung, then perhaps we're not a match (and I won't answer it either).

So what am I looking for?
