Blood going to the eyes
Post Body
I imagine the body will simply "learn" how to deal with it as I practice but indeed love to hear some expert voice.
I'm about to start preparing for handstands and I can't help but remember that 2 months ago when I went upside down against the wall for like 30 second my eyes got partially red and itched for a few hours. Have someone experienced this? Is there any advice bsiedes simply starting easy and increase the upside down time progressively?
Thanks :)
