Residential Swimming pool requirements in Hampton

We bought a 15x26 foot above ground pool yesterday and nowhere online can I find the residential regulations. Only public pool regs. Can anyone help me find the info before I pay for the permits and such? Also looking for a quality home improvement person to do some other work on our house.
