POC-friendly tattoo shops?

Context: I'm using this as more for future reference, nothing ATM. I'm a young black person living in Hampton, though I visit my mother in Chesapeake (she lives in a weird spot where it's a few turns to VB). For those reasons, I'd prefer to be somewhere between Hampton and Chesapeake.
I'd also like to be able to see portfolios with brown skin (preferably with color tattoos). I am drawn to fantastical elements, nothing too gritty.
