Colombian double as bed replacement - Question

How much will a Colombian stretch over regular nightly use ? I feel like I've lost a little bit of support around my hips, and my right side feels like its dipping a bit. Will a Colombian lose its shape over time therefore making it more challenging to get a flat lay ? Is there a material that is better suited to get a flat lap ? Would a Mayan be better ?
